Dogfight...

I should have realized, Megatron and I both should have realized that Cyclonus showing up would mean an escaltion of the events of this current fight. Delta showing up last night half beaten to death to give us this information meant to every one and and everything that we were going to have to step up all of our efforts to fight this battle. How ever IF any one had told the two of us what was going to happen durring this evenings snow storm, I would have taken steps to make sure that it didnt.
It was just after three pm when the snow started that all fo us who were sitting around the table disscussing the news that Delta had brought us when Vader noticed something.
"Prime?"

"Whats the matter?"

"I was just wondering, Where are Rose, Meleficent and the seekers?"

And that was all it took for all hell to break loose. For a good five mintues we were all sure that something had happened to them and that they had been attacked hurt or snatched.

It turned out to be something that Can either be looked on as better or worse depending on your point of view.

Kenya was looking out the window at the field when she noticed it.

"Uhh.. What's the Air Corps up too?" I turned and followed her gaze and the direction she was pointing and felt my jaw hit the bottom of my mask.

The whole Corps plus, Saphiera, and a Strangely Familar large black dragon, were far out in the feild, thier riders to small to see at this point looking like they were all about to get ready to Either Go to fight or go training.

I Litterally heard Megatron Growl behind me.
"Prime?"

"Yes?"

"Do you remember the conversation about the duck tape we had when we found out that Meleficent and Rose had learned Dragon Riding?"

"Yes."

"Get the tape."

He proceeded to slam the door open and storm out into the snow, and I proceeded to follow him.

Rose and Meleficent have the right to fight any how that they choose, but I will admit, im not fond of this idea. and Megatron is down right DEAD SET against it. I could tell that he intended to tell the girls that very fact.. LOUDLY..

"Should we go help the Rose and Mel Or prime and Megatron?" I heard Kenya ask as we headed out.

"I say we let them handelt it and sell tickets." Vader managed to shoot back before the door shut..


We got down there and found Rose amoung the riders in her full armor gear that I had given her, Helmet and all, standing around with the others in the Corps While Will talked to them.

"Now then, Eragon, your used to solitary fighting, and Rose, You and Meleficent there are naturals but none of you have any experiance in formation fighting..."

That was when i noticed that most of the seekers were standing around as well.

"And If this cyclonus person is as good in the air as the seven of you say that he is, then we are going to need some real work as a squadron. A formation. We need for you two to learn to work in a group of others and we need for you Mechanical fliers to get used to how we move and be ready to work with us..."

I noticed Starscream, strangly much more serious after his return from entechment, nod to the commander of the air Corps.

"Now then, Your Magesty," He held up his hand before Rose could snap, "Are you absoloutly certain that you want to do this? Not only will the crown be severly pissed at me if i let you get harmed but I really dont want you lover comming down on me either."

"Neither the Crown NOR Orion will come down on you Will, I'm," I saw her pause and look up at Meleficent for agreement," WE are doing this of our own free will."

"Okay then," He nodded, "Every one mount up and get strapped in or transformed, Lets get to.... Uh oh.."

Will had just spotted us.

Rose and Meleficent turned to us then looked at each other, then the girl Jumped up on the others back in dragon form and before we could get there Tore into the air.

"Thats it!" Someone called and all of the dragons and seekers suddenly took off from the grown in a flurry like feathers from an exploded seabird.

The two of us stood there just looking after them.

"Well?" I asked megatron.

"They have to come down some time," He folded his arms, "I can wait."

It really was rather amazing to watch, the falling snow and the way that the creatures could move through it as well as the seekers, made it that much more so. Still it should have been uneventful. Just a simple trainging. It turned out to be so very much more.

All of them had been up there for at least an hour or more working on thier trainging when it happened, the trainging mission was about to become a full fleged arial battle.

Every singel dragon From Temiere to Meleficent Suddenly froze in mid air and all of the seekers transformed to hover there. All of them just seeming to hang in the air for a few seconds when we heard it.. The roaring cry of another dragon and the sharp sounds of a twin engine jet.

As the huge black beast, a white Celestial with red eyes, as well as the purple fighter came into view it became plain who and what they were after.
THen suddenly all of the others were whirling around trying to fend them off from the girls as they ducked and weaved and did there best to put up some kind of fight. The problem being that this had been traing and none of them had any kind of fire power with them. OTher than thier firethat is, and in this case it wasnt particularly effective.

Megatron and I stood there for second and then began doing everything in our power to get the girls attentions.. All of the fire power they needed was right there. Strapped to Megatron's arm.

It must have finally occured to them due to the fact that they suddenly pulled into a dive, nearly decapitated us, and landed. Rose tore off her helmet and screamed, "GET ON!!"

We didnt have to be told twice. a few seconds later the four of us were heading back up this time to give Glaboratrix, Ling and Cyclonus a taste of thier own medicine.

It didnt take long for us to chase them off, Fusion weapons will do that to most people. Still it gacve us a lot to think about. The two dragons had finally had enough and began winging away but cyclonus stopped for asecond and transformed. To glare at the four of us, still there hovering in front of him.

"Enjoy This small victory as long as you can. Traitors to our race who would DARE to mingel your lines with those of this pitiful planet. OUr master will give Lord Galveatron the power to destroy you. this time the key keeper will be dead, and your means to awaken My master's Brother will be gone with her. This time you wont deafeat us."

And then just like that he was gone back to where ever they had been hiding..
After it was all over The four of had a very long conversation.. The girls have promised not to go out again unless they take us with them. Its not that I dont trust them other thier skills, Meagatron either. Its justthat what was said to day scared me. The key Keeper. The means to awaken his masters brother.

IF that means rose and the keys she has .. the means to awaken Primus.. then we have to be more carful that ever. However there is the fact that now we have this unique method of figting. One thing is for certain, this battle is anything but over..
